30 Days Moneyback Guarantee

 In case you are not satisfied with the software bought from the www.audio-transcoder.com web site, you can have your money back within 30 days since the purchase.

Moneyback rules:

   -The moneyback is applicable for all the subscription types (at the moment this includes the unlimited and the one-year subscription types).
   -We reserve the right to suspend moneyback service at any moment. Nevertheless all the requests for moneyback before this date will be accepted.

Moneyback procedure:

   -You should request a refund from our Sales Department within 30 days from the date of purchase. To do this, please email Sales Department and indicate your Name, E-Mail and Order ID. We must receive a printed hard copy of the Refund Agreement. This must be signed and sent to us by postal mail. You can notify us by email that a refund request has been mailed to us. A refund request can be placed electronically (by e-mail) but the actual refund will be provided only when the printed Refund Agreement arrives at Digital Music Software.

   -The moneyback will be performed the same way the purchase was done. For instance, if you paid using a credit card, the money will be returned to the credit card bank account used.
